Every Twelvè timepiece is crafted with precision and held to the highest standards of quality. We stand behind our craftsmanship with a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

Coverage

This warranty applies exclusively to:

• The watch movement and timekeeping functionality
• Manufacturing defects in the case, dial, or hands

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, scratches, or damage from accidents or misuse
• Water damage exceeding the watch’s rated resistance
• Straps, bracelets, crystals, or batteries

Warranty Service

If your watch experiences a defect covered under warranty, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.

Twelvè reserves the right to determine warranty eligibility. This warranty is non-transferable and does not cover incidental or consequential damages.
